Guided tour of a plasterboard factory

The BPB Italia plant, located at Casola Valsenio, manufactures some 20 million square metres of plasterboard annually, used for finishing and protecting every kind of construction, from public buildings to private homes and offices.

Gypsum is a rock found very widely throughout the Earth’s crust. This basic raw material used for manufacturing plaster, stands out for being totally harmless to humans and for being able to undergo indefinite recycling.
