The archives

Set up following the merger between Saint-Gobain and Pont-à-Mousson in 1970, the Archive Centre in Blois holds and manages all archives produced in France since 1980.

In its capacity as an economic interest group (the Saint-Gobain Archives EIG), the centre meets a key need - offering Saint-Gobain subsidiaries a complete range of archive conservation, sorting and management services (for living, intermediary and historical records).
Each client company is allocated its own dedicated area.

Working with the Centre offers other benefits - consultation of documents, historical searches, communications and eliminations.
In addition, the Blois Centre provides users with advisory services in archive science, organising exhibitions, assistance with consulting or drawing up documents. Researchers can also be given guidance in a number of different areas such as economic and financial history, strategies and communication.
