Jean-Claude BREFFORT
Senior Vice-President, in charge of Human Resources and International Development. General Delegate to Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
Biography
Born in July 1948, Jean-Claude BREFFORT graduated from the Montpelier Business School. He began his career in the Saint-Gobain Group in 1971, as an Export Sales Manager in the Glassware Division (Packaging Sector). In 1976, he was appointed Financial Controller of the Compagnie, and then in 1981, Financial Director for the Insulation Division's German subsidiary. In 1983, he became the Operations Director for the Insulation Division.
Continuing his career as General Delegate in Scandinavia (1986), and then in Brazil and Argentina (1993), he has been appointed in April 2004 Senior Vice-President of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in charge of Human Resources and International Development.
Since April 1st, 2009, he is also General Delegate to Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
