THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL FOR COMPETITION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION HAS OPENED AN INVESTIGATION INTO SAINT-GOBAIN FLAT GLASS DIVISION’S COMPLIANCE WITH COMPETITION LAW RULES.
As part of this investigation, on the 22nd of February agents of the Commission visited the premises of Saint-Gobain Vitrage at La Défense as well as premises in Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle).
