NOVA External Venturing is the Saint-Gobain unit dedicated to developing strategic partnerships between the Group and start-up companies all over the world.
Our teams are made up of representatives of all the Group's various activities and are active in Europe, the USA and Asia, so as to be in close contact with start-ups and Venture Capital funds.
Our mission is to combine projects from innovative start-ups with the industrial and commercial assets of Saint-Gobain, so as to increase the partners' innovative capacities. The External Venturing team serves as a unique interface for start-ups and helps create and develop links with all the Group's activities.
The partnerships are negotiated on an individual basis according to each party's needs and contribution, and can be in the form of licenses, joint development agreements, production or distribution agreements, joint ventures, minority investment - or any combination of these.
The External Venturing team particularly supports partnerships in the fields of Energy, the Environment and Lighting in Construction.
