Customers buy their products either at the outlet, online or by calling a specialist at the expertise center to make sure, in particular, that the products are available. They then park directly in the warehouse to collect their goods. Fragile products, stored under cover away from the sun, are delivered faster to customers and require less handling operations. 

Now available at five sales outlets, this drive-in service, which significantly simplifies the purchasing process, has already received the thumbs-up from customers and is boosting their loyalty.
