Excellent Environmental Quality
Four Saint-Gobain brands are participating in the construction of one of the most environmentally-friendly building in France.
Glassolutions, PAM, ISOVER, and Placo®: our brands are extensively involved in the design of a bioclimatic building complex whose very high level of environmental performance makes it a first in France.
This 80,000 m² project (70,000 m² of office space and 10,000 m² of residential space), spread throughout three buildings in the Paris suburb of Nanterre (France), includes a large number of our solutions: acoustic plasterboard, glass wool, pipes, and insulating glazing (25,000 m² of façade).
Each of these products were chosen to meet the project’s stringent environmental requirements, resulting in the attainment of four certifications (HQE Excellent level, BREEAM Excellent level, LEED Gold level, and WELL), and two labels (BiodiverCity and E+C-). An example to be followed.
