Live customer training

In the Czech Republic, Saint-Gobain has introduced a series of training courses presented live online and available on demand, to upskill its trades professional and architect customers. Their TV program format draws a growing number of participants each week.

Since the beginning of the health crisis, Saint-Gobain in the Czech Republic with its Weber, Rigips and ISOVER brands has been screening a very specific program on the Saint-Gobain Forum platform every Friday morning.

The aim is to maintain contact with their trade professional and architect customers by providing them with a 1 and ¾-hour training program about areas of construction using our materials and solutions. Adopting the format of a reality show, these courses are given live and then are available on demand.

Insulation, dry or timber construction, acoustic solutions, building industry regulations, floating floors, etc.: these are all issues that the Saint-Gobain experts tackle in a clear and humorous way. So far, almost 5,000 people have followed these new-style training courses. It is also an effective way of building customer loyalty.
