Saint-Gobain China receives Top Employers 2015 honor

For the second year in a row, Saint-Gobain has been certified "Top Employer China" by the Top Employers Intitute, which specializes in international research in working conditions and human resources management. The award ceremony was held on December 15, in Shanghai.

The certification was issued following audit and validation of the Group's Human Resources policy and practices, which included talent strategy, talent planning, enrollment, learning & development, performance management, leadership development, career development & successor management, compensation & benefits and corporate culture. This year, almost 200 companies in China were pre-screened and 50 were certified. Saint-Gobain was among the China “Top 5” in the final ranking.
