The Group, through its Saint-Gobain Gyproc, Saint-Gobain Weber, Saint-Gobain ISOVER and Saint-Gobain PAM brands and its Saint-Gobain Glass business, took part in the Thai-French Smart City Forum in Bangkok (Thailand), organized by the French Embassy in Thailand and Business France, a French agency devoted to internationalizing the economy.

Focusing on smart cities, that is, all the cities using technologies for improved urban services and conservation of natural resources, but also ecodistricts and innovative industrial areas, the event aimed to encourage discussion about urban development in both countries. Saint-Gobain presented its Multi-Comfort solutions – thermal, acoustic, visual, sanitary, safety and security – to encourage new ideas and attractive sustainable construction techniques. The Multi-Comfort program fits in perfectly with the Thailand 4.0 modernization project for smarter cities.
