Appointment within the Saint-Gobain Group
CHARLES HUFNAGEL is appointed Communications VP for Saint-Gobain from January 1st, 2016. He joins the General Management Committee.
Charles Hufnagel graduated from IEP Paris and holds a history degree. He has held a number of communications positions in his career, notably as press officer for EDF (1998/2001), media department head then deputy Corporate Communications VP for Areva (2001/2008) and communications advisor to Mr. Alain Juppé, Defence Minister then European and Foreign Affairs Minister (2010/2012). He was also Managing Director of Areva in Abu Dhabi then in South Korea between 2008 and 2010. Since 2012, he was Communications VP for Areva.
