Our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) teams ensure that every employee works in a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible environment. They define and manage risk-prevention policies, assess and control industrial and environmental risks, and raise awareness of best practices in the field.
Their mission: to protect people and sites while contributing to Saint-Gobain’s sustainability commitments.

Your mission? Lead the strategy for preventing professional and environmental risks. You are a seasoned technician who knows your field and applies it with rigor.

You define the EHS policy, assess and manage risks related to your entity’s operations, lead working groups to raise employee awareness about EHS topics, and ensure communication with regulatory authorities.
Are you a good educator? Do you master HSE regulations, risk management tools and management systems? Do you hold a Master’s degree in HSE or QHSE and already have similar experience? Let’s meet!
You implement the rules that guarantee a safe and compliant work environment for all employees in the Group or within your entity.

It’s a 24/7 job, shared in rotation with your fellow EHS specialists. You ensure the sites you work on comply with local or regional regulations, as well as with Saint-Gobain’s internal standards. You work closely with the EHS Manager and provide regular reports.
Do you enjoy teamwork, and is night work not an issue for you? Are you rigorous with strong attention to detail? Do you have a degree in health, safety or industrial management? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in one of these fields? Let’s meet!
You act as the link between Group standards and the entities that must apply them. As an expert in regulations, you ensure the safety of each site.

You organize and lead workshops to raise awareness among employees about current hygiene and safety laws and standards, ensure their daily application, report to site managers, and help minimize operational risks.
Are you known for your communication skills and your ability to teach others? Have your patience and attention to detail been recognized in your past roles? Do you hold a Master’s degree in risk prevention or an equivalent field? Let’s meet!

In Nijmegen, this pedestrian bridge is the longest bridge ever built using 3D printing. It required more than 120 tons of Weber mortars, produced by Saint-Gobain, and nearly 160 hours to complete this unprecedented structure.
A symbol of architectural innovation, the Museum of the Future incorporates nearly 10 Saint-Gobain solutions (façade, flooring, insulation…). A spectacular and sustainable project, certified LEED Platinum.
In Norway, this unprecedented architectural building serves both as a museum and a bridge. For its aluminum and glass structure, Saint‑Gobain supplied glazing combining thermal insulation and safety, creating a bright, continuous space.
