As an Administrative Assistant, you report to the Administrative Manager. Your mission? Ensure smooth administrative management and proper functioning of your entire entity.

Administrative follow-up is your specialty. You open and manage files, handle customer requests, and take care of all administrative tasks related to each project.

You draft the contracts essential to the commercial development of the Group’s various entities.

Contracts are your foundation! You draft and update sales contracts, partnership agreements and all documents guiding collaboration between stakeholders in your entity. You also handle disputes and potential litigation with suppliers.
Do you enjoy law and the rigor it requires? Are you precise, with sharp legal reasoning? Do you like interacting with diverse stakeholders? Do you hold a Master’s degree in Business Law and speak fluent English? Let’s meet!

An iconic 36-storey guitar-shaped building in Hollywood, featuring a “floating” ceiling built with 448 Saint-Gobain acoustic panels — a perfect blend of design and performance.
In Kuala Lumpur, this 118-storey skyscraper brings together retail, offices and a hotel. Saint-Gobain supplied partitions and interior finishes — a total of 100,000 m² of plasterboard.
