Executive Committee
The Saint-Gobain COMEX team is responsible for leading the Group’s operations and makes strategic decisions based on the objectives defined by the Board of Directors.
After studying in France and in the United States, and spending four years at the Interministerial Committee for Industrial Restructuring (ICIR) and the Treasury Department within the French Ministry of Finance, Benoit Bazin joined Saint-Gobain in 1999. He held various positions in France, including Corporate Planning Director from 2000 to 2002 and, starting in 2002, in the United States – in a general management role within High-Performance Materials, before taking the Chief Financial Officer role of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in 2005. From 2009 to the end of 2015, Benoit Bazin headed the Building Distribution Sector. In 2010, he was named Senior Vice President of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain. From 2016 to the end of 2018, Benoit Bazin headed the Construction Products Sector. During 2017, he was President and CEO of CertainTeed Corporation in the United States. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain on January 1, 2019 and elected to the Board on June 3, 2021. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer as from July 1, 2021. He became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain at the close of the General Meeting of June 6, 2024.
In addition, Benoit Bazin was appointed as Director of Vinci on June 18, 2020; and is, as such, Chairman of the Strategy and CSR Committee and member of the Nomination and Governance Committee. He was also a Director and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Essilor between 2009 and 2017, chairing the Audit and Risk Committee from May 2016 to March 2017.
Benoit Bazin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, with a degree in Economics from IEP Paris. He also holds a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He began his career in 1995 with the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
Thierry Bernard has been appointed CEO Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa Region, effective June 19, 2025.
He joined the Lafarge Group in the United States in 1993 within its specialty materials division, and upon returning to Europe, he held various leadership positions in marketing and strategy. He joined Kerneos in 2003 as Executive Vice-president, before joining the Parex Group in 2008, where he was CEO South America and then CEO ParexLanko. He became CEO of the Chryso Group in 2011 and led its spin-off from the Materis Group, first to LBO France in 2014, then to Cinven in 2017. He joined Saint-Gobain in 2021 at the time of the acquisition of Chryso and took the position of CEO Construction Chemicals in 2022. Over the past four years, he has played a major role in developing the Construction chemicals within Saint-Gobain, notably through the acquisitions of GCP and FOSROC.
He is a civil engineer graduated from the ESTP and he holds a master in entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
Céline Da Silva has been appointed Group Strategy Director of SaintGobain, effective October 1st, 2025.
She is reporting to Maud Thuaudet, Chief Financial Officer. Céline, who holds dual French and Portuguese nationality, has been Chief Financial Officer of the Ceramics business since 2021. In this role, she gained strong M&A experience, taking part in several acquisitions in the United States, China and Europe, as well as in the divestment of the Group’s worldwide Crystals business and of the ceramics activities in Brazil, mainly serving the traditional steelmaking market. Joining Saint-Gobain in 2003, Céline held various positions in Management Control within SaintGobain Sekurit, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Sekurit in Mexico in 2012, then Chief Financial Officer for Transport and Autover in 2016, and, in 2020, Director of the Group’s digital transformation project.
She is a graduate of Skema Business School.
Patrick Dupin has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2025.
After having spent several years as a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and eight years in the Finance Departments of the groups Chargeurs and Matra Telecommunications subsidiaries and divisions in Germany, Patrick Dupin joined Group Saint-Gobain in 1999 as Finance Director within the Abrasives Activity in Germany.
He was appointed in 2005 as Finance and Plan Director of the Vitrage and High Performance Materials activities, then of the Innovative Materials Sector.
In January 2012 he has been appointed as General Manager of Saint-Gobain Sekurit activities (Automotive Glazing).
He has been appointed Director of the Vitrage Activity in 2014.
Patrick Dupin was appointed Senior Vice-President, CEO Northern Europe Region in 2019.
He holds a degree from the Havre Normandie Business school.
Claire Garnier is appointed Chief Communications Officer of the Saint-Gobain Group, effective September 1, 2025.
Claire began her career at Total, then moved to Air France within the Group’s internal communications department. In 2010, she became Head of Internal Communications at Tarkett Group, a global leader in flooring and sports surface solutions, before being appointed Deputy Director of Communications in 2015. In 2017, she joined Imerys, the world leader in mineral-based specialty solutions for industry, as Director of Corporate Communications. At the end of 2018, she became Group Communications Director, supporting Imerys’ transformation and the development of strategic projects in France and at international level.
Claire Garnier holds a Master’s degree in Literature and a Master’s in Corporate and Institutional Communications from the Universities of Paris X and Paris XIII.
Anne Hardy has been appointed Chief Innovation Officer as of July 1, 2021.
Anne joined Saint-Gobain in 1992 as a Research Engineer in the Saint-Gobain Research North America center (Northboro, Massachusetts). She has held various positions within the Saint-Gobain R&D organization - Deputy Vice President of Group’s R&D and director of the Northboro R&D center. She currently has 16 patents, working with a range of materials and processes including ceramics, polymers and construction materials. In 2015 she received the STEP award from the Manufacturing Institute which recognizes women in science, technology, engineering and production careers.
In January 2019, she was appointed Vice-President of R&D, High Performance Solutions.
She holds a PhD in Material Science from MIT. In addition, she has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Camille Harrissart has been appointed CEO Latin America Region, effective as of July 1, 2025.
After spending eight years at The Boston Consulting Group, she joined Saint-Gobain in 2016 as Head of Strategy for the Construction Products Business Sector. She became Head of Strategy Europe in 2019, and at the same time took on a role of Vice President Performance Management in charge of the “Transform & Grow” strategic plan, playing a key role in its execution. In 2020, she was appointed Managing Director POINT.P Ile-de-France Region, before taking up her role of Chief Executive Officer of Abrasives Latin America in 2022.
She is graduated of Ecole of the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC).
Benoit d’Iribarne has been appointed Senior Vice-President, CEO Industrial Solutions Performance Segments since July 1, 2025.
He joined the Group in 1985 as R&D Engineer for Saint-Gobain Recherche Paris. In 1987, he joined Sekurit in Herzogenrath, Germany as Development Engineer. He became Key Account Manager in the United Kingdom in 1989, Production Manager at Sekurit Belgium in 1992 and Chief Executive Officer of Sekurit NFG in Germany in 1995.
He was appointed Vice-President of Manufacturing at Saint-Gobain Glass in 1997, President of Saint-Gobain Glass Outside Europe in 2000 and of Saint-Gobain Glass in 2005. In 2008, he became President of Saint-Gobain Glass and Sekurit.
In 2012, Benoit d’Iribarne was appointed General Delegate for Brazil, Argentina and Chile. From July 2014 to end of 2015, he served as President of the High Performance Materials Activity.
Nicolas Miègeville has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, effective July 1, 2025.
He joined Saint-Gobain as a research engineer and PhD student in 2002, then held various management positions in glass manufacturing plants starting in 2005, in France, Brazil, South Korea and Egypt. From 2014 to 2019, he held various operational roles in Abrasives, including managing the South American business. Since 2020, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Saint-Gobain Ceramics.
He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris (now CentraleSupelec, Université Paris-Saclay) and holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Mathematics and was a visiting PhD student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
David Molho has been appointed Senior Vice-President, CEO Northern Europe Region, effective July 1, 2025.
He began his career in the French administration where he was advisor to the Prime Minister's office, in charge of energy and the environment.
He joined Saint-Gobain in 2009, where he was successively Vice-President of Corporate Planning in Paris, Managing Director of the pipe business in Brazil, and then CEO Saint-Gobain Distribution in the Nordic countries.
In 2019, he was appointed CEO Nordics and Baltics, then CEO High Performance Solutions in 2021.
He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées as an engineer.
Claire Pedini has been appointed Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, effective July 1, 2021.
She started her career at Total in 1988 as Corporate Controller, before assuming responsibility for Total’s admission to trading on the New York Stock Exchange in 1991, and becoming Vice-President of Investor Relations in 1992, Vice-President of Media Relations in 1994 and Vice-President of New Information Technologies in 1997. In 1998, she joined Alcatel as Director of Financial Information and Shareholder Relations, becoming successively Vice-President, Investor Relations and Public Affairs in 2001, Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 2004, Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications in 2006, and Executive Vice-President, Alcatel-Lucent for Human Resources and Transformation in 2009. She became a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Executive Committee in 2006.
Since June 2010, Claire Pedini has served as Senior Vice-President in charge of Human Resources for the Saint-Gobain Group. She is also a director on the Board of EDF.
Since January 2019, Claire Pedini has been appointed Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Digital Transformation.
She is a graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and holds a Master's degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).
Mark RAYFIELD has been appointed Senior Vice-President, CEO North America Region since January 2020.
He started his career in 1986 at PIAB USA Inc. that provided smart solutions for the automated world.
He entered Saint-Gobain in 1999 and hold different positions as Vice President North American Abrasives, CEO Building Distribution in the United Kingdom and Ireland. As of January 2017 he has been appointed President and CEO of CertainTeed Corporation and has also been CEO North America Region since January 1st, 2019.
He holds a BS, Industrial Distribution, Clarkson University.
Ursula Soritsch-Renier joined Saint-Gobain in 2021 as Chief Digital and Information Officer.
She started her career in 1995 at Philips, where she spent 14 years, in Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and the United States, before joining Novartis in 2009 in the United States as Global Head IT Strategy, PMO and Architecture and then Sulzer in Switzerland in 2013 as Chief Information Officer and Group Digital Leader IT. Most recently, she was Chief Information Officer and Digital Leader for Nokia between 2018 and 2020.
She has a Master in Philosophy with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Vienna and a College Diploma in Economics.
Sreedhar N. has been appointed Senior Vice-President, CEO of the Group’s Asia-Pacific Region, including Australia and New Zealand, as well as CEO of Saint-Gobain India, effective April 1, 2025.
He joined the group in 1994 as a management accountant in the Abrasives Business in India and later assumed responsibility for its Finance function. In 2003, he moved to Paris and worked in various functions such as Internal Audit and the Group Finance Controlling at Compagnie de Saint-Gobain.
In 2006 he was appointed Finance Director, West Europe, of the Construction Products Sector. In 2008, he returned to India as the General Manager of the Coated Abrasives Business and in 2010, he became Vice-President, Abrasives India. Since 2015, he has been the Chief Financial Officer of the High-Performance Materials Sector, until January 1, 2019.
He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Saint-Gobain in 2019.
He is a qualified Management Accountant who holds a Masters’ degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Management from the Nagpur University (India).
Maud Thuaudet has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Saint-Gobain Group since April 1, 2025.
She started her career in 2006 within the Thales Group where she was Project Manager for Thales International in India, Bid manager, then Business Development Manager for Thales Air System, Merger and Acquisitions Manager for Thales Alenia Space before being appointed Telecommunications Program Director at Thales Alenia Space.
She joined Saint-Gobain in September 2019 as Group Vice-President Strategy before taking the role of General Manager Saint-Gobain Glass business in France.
She is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and a member of the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées. She also holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Antoine Vignial joined Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in 2012 as Group General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and a member of the Executive Committee.
He began his career as a lawyer and then partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel before becoming a partner of the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law firm in 1999.
Antoine, a qualified lawyer, is a graduate of IEP Paris and ESSEC Business School with a post-graduate degree in private law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
