CARE by Saint-Gobain

All our employees worldwide and their families benefit from our CARE social protection program. This program is designed to meet essential health needs and to support important moments in a family's life. Here are a few concrete examples:
- Access to healthcare, with at least 80% coverage of medical expenses (doctor's consultation or hospitalization); 
- The arrival of a child in the family, including adoption procedures, with a minimum of 14 weeks' maternity leave paid at 100% and three days' paternity leave paid at 100%; 
- Death, by providing the family with a lump sum equivalent to at least one year's salary.
