To train its customers in the issues surrounding energy renovation, POINT.P offers an immersion into the heart of its dedicated offer. Wearing headsets, professionals can immerse themselves in virtual reality worksites to develop their skills and discover all the brand’s solutions.
Committed for many years to helping building professionals develop their skills and meet the challenges of energy renovation, POINT.P is taking its support one step further with an immersive roadshow featuring virtual reality (VR) technologies presenting all Saint-Gobain solutions for this market. With a tour covering more than 90 dates, customers are immersed in the world of energy renovation through structures created in VR. These digital environments took more than a year to produce, with the technical support of teams from the Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France Campus Pro training center.
To date, five virtual reality worksites are on offer, enabling craftsmen to visualize the key points to be observed when insulating converted lofts or attic space, insulating walls from the inside and outside, and installing renovation joinery. Every step of the process is reproduced in the finest detail, enabling craftsmen to visualize and determine the key points to be respected.
The 3D experiences have one and the same educational goal: to help customers understand the technical points and their importance in terms of energy performance.
