PACKAGED MEANS PROTECTED

Placo® in Spain has supplied rolls of plastic generally used to wrap plasterboard to make protective aprons for hospital workers. What a great idea!

Spain, the country second hardest hit by Coronavirus in Europe, is dealing with an unprecedented health crisis. As a demonstration of its solidarity, Placo® came up with the excellent idea of offering to provide the plastic usually used to package its products to make aprons for health workers.

After successfully completing the first tests, Placo® sent its plastic packaging to local companies to make protective clothing for medical teams. The first Placo® aprons have already been delivered to San Pedro Hospital in northern Spain.
