AMANDINE'S STORY
For AMANDINE, Deputy HR Manager, pursuing a career with confidence means:
Belonging to a group offering vast opportunities. Having spent all her career so far in Saint-Gobain, Amandine has been able to discover totally different worlds and professions! Not much in common between sales, human resources and industry, except of course the values shared by all Saint-Gobain entities and the multiple learning opportunities.
Amandine joined Saint-Gobain as an intern in the Technical Markets Department. Today, she is HR Assistant for the Placoplatre plant in Cormeilles, near Paris. She moved from the head office to a production plant, while managing to keep an international dimension in her work.
Thanks to this career move, Amandine has been able to serve a cause that is particularly close to her heart: employee well-being. On a daily basis, she is attentive to the people who bring the Cormeilles site to life. One of her proudest achievements? The long-term implementation of a preventive health plan to combat psychosocial risks in the workplace. And you, what will your career path look like?
